Over the next decade, we will rebuild the enterprise nervous system. We are starting with finance, a real-time collaborative planning and reporting platform that turns finance teams into proactive strategists. Once that foundation is solid, the same AI-native core will extend across the operational stack, reporting, supply chain management, manufacturing, procurement, revenue ops, and more.

We are hiring a Website Conversion and Automation Specialist who knows how to turn traffic, intent, and engagement into measurable pipeline through structured conversion optimization and smart automation.
This role is focused on building systems. Reducing friction. Creating automated journeys that turn interest into meetings and opportunities.
You will build programs that:
- Improve conversion rates across the website, landing pages, forms, and paid traffic paths
- Use segmentation, triggers, and automation to move prospects through the funnel
- Create nurture flows and lifecycle programs that support deal progression
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure routing, scoring, and workflows create real pipeline
Salary range for this position is from 3000 to 5000 EUR gross, depending on seniority
What you will do:
- Own the website experience and optimize conversion across all key pages
- Run structured CRO tests with clear hypotheses, measurement, and learning loops
- Build automated workflows in HubSpot for inbound, outbound, and event motions
- Set up routing, scoring, enrichment, and notifications that support Sales
- Collaborate with content and multimedia to create assets that lift conversion
- Work with Sales on ICP, personas, qualification logic, and lifecycle timing
- Use tools like HubSpot, Clearbit, ZenABM, Hotjar, and GA to diagnose friction
- Track funnel metrics, fix bottlenecks, and improve speed to meeting
- Support paid acquisition with conversion focused landing pages and nurture flows
What we are looking for:
- 3 or more years in B2B growth, CRO, lifecycle, or marketing automation
- Hands-on experience improving conversion through testing and experimentation
- Strong experience with HubSpot or similar automation platforms
- Understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and qualification paths
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, CSM, Product, and agencies
- Clear focus on pipeline and revenue influence
Bonus if you:
- Built scoring or lifecycle automation from scratch
- Used enrichment, intent, or behavioral tracking tools
- Ran structured CRO experiments at scale
- Worked with enterprise or finance-focused funnels
