Over the next decade, we’ll rebuild the enterprise nervous system. We’re starting with finance: a real-time, collaborative planning and reporting platform that turns finance teams from backward-looking number-crunchers into proactive strategists. Once that foundation is solid, the same AI-native core will extend to the rest of a company’s operational stack – reporting, supply chain management, manufacturing, procurement, revenue ops, you name it.

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager who knows how to turn an ideal customer profile into an account-based motion that delivers pipeline.

 

This isn’t about casting a wide net and hoping something bites. This is about precision marketing: identifying the right accounts, understanding who matters inside them, and crafting smart, multi-touch campaigns that turn cold targets into warm opportunities.

You’ll build programs that:

  • Put Farseer in front of decision-makers and influencers at high-value accounts
  • Use targeted ads, custom content, email plays, and smart sequencing to open doors
  • Work side-by-side with Sales to make sure marketing doesn’t just generate “awareness,” but helps move real deals forward
 

Salary range for this position is from 3000 – 4500€ gross II.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and execute account-based marketing programs, from account selection and persona mapping to campaign launch and follow-up, with clear pipeline goals
  • Own our paid acquisition across LinkedIn and Google Ads: define target audiences, manage budgets, test creatives, and optimize for deal progression
  • Run multi-channel campaigns that combine PPC, outbound email, personalized content, retargeting, and landing pages to engage decision-makers
  • Work closely with Sales to align on ICP, messaging, timing, and campaign objectives, no silos, no lead-handoff theater
  • Collaborate with content and multimedia teams to develop high-impact assets: thought leadership pieces, video ads, case studies, landing pages, and more
  • Use HubSpot, ZenABM and other tools to set up smart segmentation, email nurtures, and retargeting workflows that scale
  • Analyze performance across channels (ads, CRM, automation, web), and double down on what actually drives meetings and pipeline
  • Iterate fast: test new tactics, messaging angles, and creative formats to find what breaks through
  • Focus on real business impact, not impressions, not clicks, but revenue influence and deal acceleration

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in B2B growth marketing, ABM, or demand generation
  • Hands-on experience running LinkedIn and Google Ads with clear targeting
  • Comfortable with marketing automation platforms and basic funnel logic
  • Strong understanding of buyer journeys in B2B SaaS
  • Confident working cross-functionally, especially with Sales, outside agencies, CSM and Product
  • You care about real results, you’re not here to “build awareness” and call it a day

 

Bonus if you:

  • Have experience marketing to finance, FP&A, or enterprise buyers (far fetched, we know 😀 )
  • Have worked with enrichment or intent tools.
  • Know how to analyze campaign performance across CRM, automation, and ad platforms
  • Have helped build or scale an ABM engine from scratch
