Over the next decade, we’ll rebuild the enterprise nervous system. We’re starting with finance: a real-time, collaborative planning and reporting platform that turns finance teams from backward-looking number-crunchers into proactive strategists. Once that foundation is solid, the same AI-native core will extend to the rest of a company’s operational stack – reporting, supply chain management, manufacturing, procurement, revenue ops, you name it.

Your role at Farseer

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who understands that great relationships are important, but expansion, retention, and revenue growth are part of the job too.

If you’re just here to “build relationships” and think selling or expanding accounts isn’t part of Customer Success, don’t apply. We’re not the right fit. (It’s not you. It’s us.)

What you’ll be doing:

🚀 Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, including setting success milestones, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring timely go-live.

🚀 Act as the main operational and strategic contact for a defined group of enterprise accounts—supporting everyone from financial analysts to CFOs.

🚀 Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and planning sessions to maintain alignment and surface new needs.

🚀 Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing usage patterns, product fit, and strategic objectives.

🚀 Develop tailored rollout plans and use-case strategies for each customer, aligned with their financial planning and reporting goals.

🚀 Capture and document feedback from the field, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to shape features and resolve blockers.

🚀 Monitor account health via adoption metrics, usage data, and engagement signals, taking early action when risks or friction points emerge.

🚀 Maintain all relevant materials for your accounts: implementation documentation, change logs, onboarding workflows, and strategic plans.

🚀 Represent Farseer at in-person client sessions, including implementation workshops and quarterly reviews (B category driver’s license required).

We’re looking for someone who is:

✅ Proven experience in B2B SaaS customer success, account management, or sales and post-sales roles.

✅ You know how to build trust, manage senior stakeholders, and drive account growth, you’re not afraid of the commercial aspect of Customer Success.

✅ You’re proactive, accountable, and hands-on – you don’t need to be managed to deliver.

✅ You’re comfortable working across teams: Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

✅ You’re analytical and technically curious. Whether or not you have an engineering background, you’re not afraid to dive into how the software works or ask technical questions when needed.

✅ Understanding of financial planning, analysis, and controlling is a strong advantage.

✅ You are highly fluent in English (spoken and written) and have a valid B category driver’s license.
