We’re looking for a proactive and organized Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team and ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
Your role at Farseer
We’re on the hunt for a Revenue Operations Specialist – the person who makes sure our sales and marketing machines don’t just run, but run like a damn rocket. If you love data, processes, automation, and making everything work smoother and smarter, this is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
🚀 Optimize sales & marketing workflows so leads don’t get lost in the void.
🚀 Own the CRM (because without it, sales has no clue what’s going on).
🚀 Track and analyze key revenue metrics—because we don’t make decisions on gut feelings.
🚀 Streamline reporting so leadership actually knows what’s working (and what’s not).
🚀 Handle key administrative tasks—contracts, invoicing, documentation—so nothing falls through the cracks.
🚀 Manage financial admin tasks, including issuing invoices to customers, revenue planning, communication with accounting, and handling incoming invoices.
🚀 Make sales and marketing work together (yes, it’s possible).
We’re looking for someone who is:
✅ Detail-obsessed & data-driven. You don’t just guess—you dive into numbers, spot trends, and optimize everything.
✅ Process ninja. You see inefficiencies and fix them before anyone even notices.
✅ Tech-savvy. CRM, automation tools, dashboards—these aren’t just buzzwords, they’re your playground.

✅ Sales, marketing, and ops experience? Even better. If you’ve touched all three, you get bonus points.
✅ Organized & reliable. Keeping track of contracts, invoices, and admin tasks doesn’t scare you—it’s second nature.
What you need:
✔️ 1+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales ops, marketing ops or similar.
✔️ Experience with CRM tools, automation, and analytics.
✔️ Fluent in English.
✔️ A brain wired for efficiency.
